1. Shipping charges

• Orders with an item subtotal above ₹2,000 ship free.
• Orders at or below ₹2,000 pay a flat ₹150 shipping charge per order.
• The final charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.

2. Deliveries from multiple sellers

If your order contains items from several sellers, each seller ships its part separately. You may receive several packages on different days, each with its own tracking.

3. Delivery time

Each seller shows an estimated delivery time on the product page. Delivery times depend on the seller's location, the courier and your PIN code. [Serviceable areas and typical timelines.]

4. Online orders

Orders paid online are dispatched only after the payment is confirmed. Cash-on-delivery orders are dispatched after confirmation and paid on delivery.

5. Tracking

Once a seller ships, the courier name and tracking number appear under My Orders → Order details → Track.
