1. Who handles your return

Each part of your order is sold and shipped by an independent seller. Return requests go to the seller of that part, and FreshDealShop oversees the process and issues refunds.

2. When you can request a return

  • Returns can be requested only after that part of the order is marked delivered.
  • Each seller's offer states its return terms (for example "7 days replacement"). Those terms apply in addition to this policy, and are shown on the product page before you buy.
  • One return request can be raised per seller shipment. If it is rejected, you may contact support.

3. Steps

  1. Request a return from My Orders → Order details → Return and give the reason.
  2. The seller approves or rejects it. If approved, the item is picked up.
  3. When the seller has received the item, FreshDealShop finance creates your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to [bank account / UPI provided by you].
  • Refunds are initiated within [X] business days after the seller confirms receipt. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time.

5. Cancellations

A seller may cancel an order part before it ships, for example if it's out of stock. If you paid online for a cancelled part, you'll be refunded as above.
