How FreshDealShop works

Our business model

FreshDealShop is a commission-based marketplace. Sellers set their own prices and fulfil their own orders. For each delivered order, the marketplace keeps a commission and pays the rest to the seller. Commission rates are agreed with sellers and can vary by category or product.

Marketplace services

Multi-seller catalogue

One product page with offers from every seller, sorted so buyers can compare.

Order splitting

One checkout becomes one sub-order per seller, each tracked and settled on its own.

Wholesale (B2B)

Verified business buyers see wholesale prices, minimum order quantities and can raise RFQs.

Returns & support

In-app return requests, seller review, and refunds through FreshDealShop finance.

Seller tools

A seller app for orders, shipping, stock, quotations and payouts.

Payments

Cash on delivery today. Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking) through a regulated payment gateway are coming soon.
